Hilary Marsh is Managing Director of REALTOR.org, the Web site of the National Association of Realtors. She oversees the site’s 8,500-plus pages, including text and a broad range of multimedia content, and she sees guidelines as the necessary foundation for effective content management. Marsh has focused on online communications since 1996. Before joining NAR in 2005, Marsh was president of Content Company, an online content consultancy that helped associations, nonprofit organizations, and corporations communicate more effectively online.
