Adriaan Bloem is co-founder of Dutch content management consultancy Radagio. He’s a guest analyst at CMS Watch and member of the steering committee of CM Pros Benelux.

Previously, he was project manager at Leiden University, where he worked on a wide range of web projects, including the selection and implementation of a new CMS, the electronic learning environment and systems for the administration and grading of legal essays. He was also involved in the development of a custom CMS at the Center for eLaw and the implementation of several commercial and open source content management systems.
