PRIVACY POLICY
Your contact information is only used to confirm transactions, convey information about our company, our conferences, and our services. We will not sell or rent your contact information to any outside organizations or companies.
Credit Card information that is collected is used only for your specific purchase, and is not stored in our systems.
REGISTERED ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Content Management Professionals.
There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of the specific event for which you have registered. Content Management Professionals will refund the full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs plus a $25 processing fee will be applied to refunds for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before first day of the specific conference for which you have registered.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the specific conference for which you have registered.
